Rainbow Foods acts as the organic foods provider to HWB, and HWB distributes organic food brands introduced by Rainbow Foods through its B2B and B2C network.

HaiWaiBang is operated by Suzhou EG global Ltd which is invested by “KuaJingTong” (002640). EG’s main business areas are global sourcing, bonded warehouse, international logistics, and B2B platform, EG dedicates to provide professional and comprehensive cross-border services to retailer and end customers.

Founder Tracy Fan

CEO / Marketing & Channel Operating

Graduated from Sichuan University, Master degree. Tracy was the head of European marketing of wireless infrastructure BU of ZTE corporation. She stayed in more than 10 European countries, responsible for market development. Prior to CEO of Rainbow Foods, Tracy also worked in a British organic baby food company as the head of E-commerce. Tracy has over 10 years of rich experience in branding, channel developing and E-commerce.

Co-founder Yongliang Yang

CPO / Oversea products & brands cooperation

Graduated from Royal Institute of Technology of Sweden, Master degree. Yongliang worked as a senior consultant in Accenture and other several international consulting firms for 10 years, with cross-industry experience in Banking & Insurance, Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals, Retail and Public Health & Welfare. She has rich experience in project management and cooperation. She has deep research and understanding of European market and culture. She’s now living in Switzerland.
